We are 1st Ardingly – an institution that's been at the heart of Ardingly for over a century. From our proud beginnings in 1912, we've grown to not only serve the vibrant community of Ardingly but also the neighbouring areas, including Horsted Keynes.
We aim to provide an environment where children aged 6-18 can discover fun, adventure, and learn skills for life. Whether you're a Beaver just starting out, a Cub ready to explore, a Scout on a quest for adventure, or an Explorer setting sights on new horizons, 1st Ardingly Scout Group is the place where lifelong memories and friendships are forged.

From hiking under a starlit sky to mastering the art of knot-tying and camping in the wild, Cubs thrive on adventure and exploration, acquiring valuable life skills and creating cherished memories along the way!

Our Scout Group only runs thanks to our dedicated team of volunteers. There are roles suitable for everyone from serving on the committee to helping run the Beaver meetings. We need your help!
